...Loan? I am a first-time home buyer and the most helpful person I have talked to is at Providence Lending. I've heard to try working with my CU or bank first, but they have given me tons of incorrect information regarding the purchasing process/FHA loans. Providence seemed to know more of what they are talking about and after a 20 minute phone call, are more willing to help answer my questions than anyone else has been. Has anyone ever had a mortgage loan through Providence? Thanks for any help!
