...18 years old? I've been working in real estate for over two years and am interested in investing in a home in a city heavily populated in college students to rent out the home. I am aware of the risks, money involved in maintenance fees / taxes etc that comes with being a landlord. I am fairly certain it's impossible to obtain a loan from a bank at 18 (especially these days) but would like to double check. I am planning on going with the land contract route anyways, so if you have more information on this that would be appreciated. Thanks everyone.
