Can I present Terms and Conditions (T&C's)
to a Mortgage Lender when requesting a Home Loan? am currently seeking a Home Loan and several interested Lenders have contacted me. I know exactly what I am looking for; therefore I would like to present them with my interests. Since this is a "buyers" market right now, I figured why not create my own T&C's, however I want to make sure that I am using the T&C's format correctly.-Stayce~Michelle
