Would getting into the mortgage refinance...

...(broker) business be a smart decision right now? I have been watching mortgage interest rates drop dramatically and recently was approached with a job opportunity, refinancing VA home loans. The job is 100% commission and pays well, but if the interest rates climb back up, I would be unemployed. Any thoughts?
