Anybody who has worked for a mortgage...
...refinance co.? What's the procedure in terms of processing a loan? The borrower calls and you begin the approval process, I know, but then what? How is the lender chosen? What "shady business" happens during this process in some of the mortgage/refinance companies that have come under fire? Please help, I'm doing research... Thank you soooo much in advance!!!!
