I'm sorry your house is going on "foreclosure" but yes, change the locks, put his belonging on the porch of the house in nice boxes and move on. Hire a lawyer, of course and wish your husband "good luck" and "all the best"!The Container Store, has nice boxes for all type of events, if you must make this a memorable moment for him ! Good luck !!!!!!!!!!!

No, you can't if his name is on the deed. Sounds like you are BOTH going to lose the house anyway. Stop acting like a bi tch and move on with your life.

Legally, he is living in HIS home. You can't kick him out. You need to seek the advice of an attorney so that you can obtain child support and spousal support.
