I realize it would be different in ever-state, what i'm really asking is, what are the steps I need to take, and also how difficult is it to get into the business period? I'm very interested in the business, regardless of peoples opinions of them all being crooks, which I think is ridiculous, you do not judge all, by some, and it is a important thing for most new home buyers. last part of the question, is it VERY difficult to make 100k a year at it, in say three to five years?
