I need a mortgage broker in KY that can work

with a 480 credit score? Referals only please. Don't tell me to wait until our credit is better yada yada yada. We want a home We want it now. No one will change our minds. I don't care how high the interest is because I'm throwing more money away renting at 650/mth when I could own a home for that.
