PLEASE DONT ANSWER THIS QUESTION IF YOU HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THIS. I was forced into bancruptcy after my divorce last september . i am going to be discharged this month which makes only a 6 month bancrutcy . i am entitled to the goverment keyworker scheme and i never defaulted on my mortgage . i spoke to an financial advisor who says there is at least one mortgage company would most likely be willing to offer me a mortgage. I tried an online credit check and it has no history of my bancruptcy and puts me at "fair" rating. so i am confused . Does anyone have an idea what my chances are of a mortgage are and what hoops i need to jump through to get one ?
