Can I mortgage my portion of ownership in a
parcel? I own land with some siblings. Is it possible to mortgage my portion on the land? Example: If land was worth 100,000, I own 20%, I can borrow up to 75% of land value, so I could borrow $15,000?If so, do you know of any lenders that do this? (Not so good credit)Thanks.
