I am in an upside down mortgage my current...
...lender accepted the offer for a Short Payoff that way I can ? refinance an put some equity back into my home. When asked what will happen to the remaining balance they said it would be marked on my credit report as paid(settled for less than owed) Is that a negative mark, will that hurt my credit score. Please give me some advice
