Default Where to report a mortgage lender practicing

deceptive/dishonest methods to sell a re-fi? Check this out , I looked into a re-fi, based on the loan officers assertion that I would "save a thousand dollars a year in interest" I proceeded with the loan application. After reviewing the numbers , I discovered that though close to a wash , the re-fi would actually cost me a few thousand more than staying with my existing loan !I reviewed and canceled in less than 24 hrs, but the bastards are trying to stick me with a $500.00 cancellation fee !So where do I report them ?1st, I signed nothing2nd The call was recorded.3rd There would not have been a GFE to review w/o the apllication which generated it.It's an out of state bankI'm in California,,, The bank Tenn.
