Default My Mortgage broker lied about being FHA approved!?
My mortgage broker lied to me about being an FHA approved lender in the state of CO. She has farmed out her work to another Co without our permission. She has caused us days of delays and caused my husband and I to commute 5 hours to work each day. Is there grounds to sue?

Only if you can prove it. did you sigh the papers? did you read them before you signed them?I thought not. Time to buy a Prius.

The beauty of America is this...you can sue anybody for anything at anytime. I would start tracking your expenses and examining your contracts carefully for any errors. Judges are people first and they love to see evidence.
