...Today!?!? I asked a question a little bit ago about the process of buying our home. We got approved loan (FHA) and our offer was accepted for a bank owned home... The woman at the mortgage place just called and said go ahead and put notice into your apartments. You could be moving in 3 weeks!!! I am so scared to, and something goes wrong.. but she said to do it and everything looks good!

I would look at your lease before giving notice. See how long it is required before giving notice to your landlord. I would also take an additional month, to slowly move into your new place, clean everything out, paint.. before moving and cleaning up your old place. Also if you have a few months left on your lease, begin looking for a person to sublet now!
