Default I am applying for a 30 year fixed mortgage for an
investment condo--what rate could i get? This is an investment condo in Boston--sale price is $125000--I am putting 25% down. No points. I have excellent credit. Would be interested in knowing 30 year and 15 year fixed rates. Thank you.
