mortgage....HELP ? my husband and I dont want to pay our mortgage any longer. we want to go back to renting. our mortgage is way to high and way to high of an interest. we got ripped off and dident know it. we were first time homebuyers and made a really bad choice. We can afford it but want out ASAP. what will happen to us? will they garnish wages? We have no assests whatso ever except a 401k plan. We have been trying to sell our house for 8 months with not one offer. We are selling it at 265 thousand and owe 255 thousand..not one offer! Please tell us what can happen to us. We dont care at all about our credit b/c we have done everything right and its still not that great. Thanks so much...if your going to be rude..just dont answer we really need answers. Also...we can afford the loan. We just dont want our house whatsoever! WE WANT OUT>>>We just need to know what will happen to us.
