Default Are mortgage brokers hiring in Ohio?

I am really interested in learning to mortgage industry and working a full time job as well. I am getting my mortgage brokers license soon and want to see who is hiring a newbie in the mortgage industry. Are shops hiring mortgage reps who can work from home and work on commission. What is the typical commission split?

there are a few hiring right now. There is a company I know about that could be hiring. They are a fairly new company and willing to train. I have a friend that works with them right now and he seems to like it working with them. I think the starting split is 50/50 and a good cut for inexperienced broker.
