I am looking for a good mortage broker in chicago. I was told by my real estate agent that I dont have to have a 1-1 or face to face inteeraction with the agent. everyhting can be done via phones and faxes and you get the rates.well, i think when i am doing business with somone I would like to have some interaction with that person 1-1, ask questions, etc. especially when iam triyng to get a loan for my house.so my question to the experts is , how do i look for a reliable mort. broker in chicago (palatine area) inorder to get a good rate based on my FICO score (above 700)? And it doesnt matter if you even see the broker or not and get the rates?any ideas are appreciated.
