i think my broker is lying to me i lost my job my mortgage bill has caught up with me i went to a mortgage broker to make modifications he said he could help me i have not paid a mortgage bill since january and i have not received any help from him and i have just looked up my house on internet and its been for sale for 123 days my broker keeps saying hes working on it and it will be fine but ive learned that it doesn't take too long to know if you could modificate payments what legal actions can i takei have a job now but i dont make around the same amount i use to my mortgage is bill is at 2200 a month i and only make enough for all other expenses like bills and food
