Such is capitalism and such is policy based economics. The lenders are suffering but then again, they didnt "force" anyone to take out a bad loan. It was all speculation and everyone gets screwed. Just goes on to show that without oversight, ppl will get really greedy. As Reagan said, trust but verify. I hope from now on, we have a tight monetary policy so we don't make this mistake again.
