the blame for the mortgage failures are square on the democrats...? With it being Raines and Johnson, two former Clinton people heading up both organizations in the mid to late 90's. How they both have had a hand in the Obama campain either in advise or helping to pick his running mate. How the republican's 17 times asked for better regulation of both companies.What I have failed to see is actual proof by the democrats for pointing the finger at the republicans for this. All I see is empty accusations either by Obama, Pelosi or some other democrat but there is no evidence other than the slanderous statements they make. I would actually like to read some proof.to neverlie: that is the house, you need both the house and the Senate to pass legislation. Problem with that is you need to have 60% in the senate or a filabuster can happen. A 15 chair majority isn't enough to get policy passed.
