What do I bring to a mortgage lender?
My husband and I are trying to buy our first house and are going to the mortgage lender today. What should we bring?

Income tax returns for the last 3 yrs., pay check stubs for your current employment, proof of any other income such as rental contracts if you own rentals, as well your bank account numbers, and credit card numbers.The bank may require more items depending upon your situation. They will tell you if they need more and give you time to drop it off.
