For the wealthy it will for a short time.Then the house of cards will come tumbling down why.Because the world bank will start to ask America where are you getting all these 10's of billions of dollars to use to cover bad loans with.And he world bank is the goo roo that sets the exchange rate of currency .And this is all America needs is for the dollar to do another nose dive .And it will happen it happen to Russia remember.

I think it is wrong. Those people need to be punished, but of course, there are many financial ties to the government there; the whole thing is corrupt B.S.I'd like to see those CEO's go to labor camps and their money spread amongst the people.To answer the question, I don't think it will work. Though, I guess it depends on how you mean, 'work'. I don't think it will stop it from happening again. We'll probably go on another decade or so and something similar will happen. We don't seem to learn from our mistakes when the people in the government are getting rich off them.
