Default i rent for $945. i make 70k a year. my credit is under
620. is it possible to obtain 90K mortgage? just tossing around the idea to get away from renting and free up some money.

Yes you will be able to obtain a home for 90k. As long as your credit score is greater than 580 you should be ok. You will probably pay the same amount with your taxes and insurance as you are now. I get people approved everyday with the same situation like yours. Today the banks want to know that you can pay the mortgage more so than a credit score. If you need more help just send me an email
