against Saxon Mortgage? ? What would be involved in bringing a lawsuit against a company like Saxon Mortgage? And judging by the long list of complaints that anyone can read all over the web, might a class action lawsuit be in order? And the third and final part of this question, does anyone know of a Johnnie Cochran style of lawyer that would love something like this? Just trying to gather my thoughts.Thanks, Stephen

My former realtor sent me info a while back that someone was talking about doing just that.. but I can't tell you where the info is, now. What you could consider is researching the lenders that HAVE BEEN filed class actions against, and contact the firms that handled those. Saxon failed to accept valid offers on our house that would have let it be sold on short sale, which infuriated our realtor. That was several years ago.. with the attention now on poor lending practices, there is a lot more attention being paid. Tip... your email is not enabled here.
