...or Mortgage Broker? Ive always been interested. I had a job at a mortgage place, but my boss was a compete ahole. I got a client after only being there for a few weeks, but had no idea what I was doing. I hadnt even taken the broker class yet. He basically told me that this other girl that was helping train would do it for me, but thats not what I wanted. I needed to learn on my own, and I had no money because it was one of those commission only type places.
Anyway, I am getting a degree in business marketing. If I do become a realtor I would like to open up my own brokerage someday. What are the pros and cons of each one?
