broker as a gift for helping us? My husband and I are in the process of buying our first house. My aunt, who is our realtor and mortgage broker, has helped us a great deal. I would really like to get her a nice gift for all of her help. She is not a big jewelry wearer or a big gift card/certificate person. Any ideas on what to get her?

well personally, my husband is a Real Estate Agent and he is always on the road showing homes, meetings, events, etc so a gas card would be really thoughtful. I don't think you can go wrong with a gas card.

Make a hamper with things you know she likes. Maybe some beauty products, chocolates, wine or a nice bottle of something. You can mix it up and put all sorts of things in a basket. It shows that you've put some time and effort into the gift.
