Default I am a mortgage broker and i cannot find developers to
work.i would do all financing for potential clients? I am also a realtor so i would like to find a developer who is interested in having a realor handle all sale and financing for the properties they are building

I think this is possibly an interesting question. I don't understand it, though. What is a developer? A person who builds houses? What is a client? A person who might buy a house? What is a mortgage broker?
