Can i do an FHA streamline refinance from a

30 year to 15 year loan? with my current rate of 5.5% and the rate i would be going to on a 15 year note (3.5%), i would be increasing my P&I payment of approximately 18%. Is there any way i can get this refinanced? I would love to take advantage of the nice low rates right now
