should i refinance ? i have 30 years FHA...
...with 4.875% and i want to switch to 20 years conventional with 4.375%? closing cost is around $1500 (discount points paid by lender) ? i have current mortgage insurance of $140 per month which am thinking my tax returns is taking care. should i refinance ?
