...4.75%fha to refinance $214000? i was trying to refinace with fha but my home value turnd to be low on Dec. the apprasial value is $215000 and my first mortgage is$185000 and second is $28000. so chase is offering me 5.25% for the first mortage for 30 years. and wellsfargo want me to try to do appresial again in case if it get's higher this time. so what is better? thank you
