FHA Refinance Charges?
I owe about 181,000 currently. I am being charged loan origination fee paid to broker $1000. Processing fee of $995. Underwriting fee $795. For a total of $2790. I am also being charged $4733 for MIP and an appraisal. Title $1556. Escrow $1626.... All of the charges total almost $11000. This doesn't sound right. My final loan amount is $193,500. This just doesn't seem correct!!!I'm in Indiana if it matters any.
