Default question about refinance FHA loan?
What are the actual costs on refinancing your home on a FHA loan. I just refinanced and I am being told that I have to pay the PMI and I have to pay the title company, but I have no clue what I am paying them. The PMI is already included in the loan and title company is also paid in the loan. So I dont understand why I am paying, I feel like I am getting scammed.I ment MIP
