If i refinance with a FHA Streamline program, can i...
...sell my house right away? is it a good idea to refinance trough a FHA Streamline program if i want to sell the house soon? the thing is that i know that if i refinance i could save one month of payments and that could save me 6K more dollars and in case i don't sell i will be saving around 200 a month!
