FHA Refinance, is this a good deal.?
Hi looking to take advantage of the low interest rates, here is the offer we recently received: 4.75 Fixed 30 year FHA refinance, with $0 out of pocket (broker will pay $172.95 for items in the 800 lines, $1375 for 1100s and $68 for 1200. The YSP is 2.353 or $8839.56. Should I ask them for a a 4.5 or 4.625% as they are making what seems to be quite a bit of money, or is this a fair deal? Thank you in advance for your advice.
