FHA streamlined refinance from 30 to 15...

...yr.? I can't really find a good answer to this on line. We currently have a 30 yr. FHA mortgage (got it 2 yrs. ago), at 6.625% interest. Is it possible to do a streamlined refinance into a 15 yr. FHA? I have good credit. My payments would go up approx. $80.00/month, which I can afford.
