Default FHA refinancing and occupation?

If I refinance my condo with an FHA loan do I have to live in the property for the duration of the loan? Thank you.

No unless you are doing an FHA loan in conjunction with some sort of government down payment assistance loan. Even then you would only have to live in the house +/- 5yrs. and would only have to repay the amount of the assistance that you received.
