Countrywide policy on investment properties
I have just confirmed with several upper management level Countrywide employees that regardless of the new Stimilus plan that they are NOT doing ANY loan modifications for investment properties. They will do a repayment plan but that is all.

Investment Property Loan Modification with Coutrywide
I have had several depending on the underlying investor. They will not follow the new government plan because they will not be reimbursed but loan modification can still happen with investment properties.
