Default Countrywide-foreclosure ?

I was just wondering with the countrywide lawsuit 2007. My home was forclosed in 2007 becuase they give me loan that I could not offered. And I tried my best not to lose my home work 3 jobs for at least 1 year and I finally lost the home. So in 2007 my home was auction and countrywide got the price that I bought the home for. And they got I dont owe them nothing and thier attorney told me that I dont owe nothing. So I was wondering what could I do to remove the forclosure part off my credit sense countrywide got a lawsuit for giving loans when people could not offered it. Some one told me that I might be able to get the forclosure removed of my credit becuase of that but i just wanted to know more advice. thank you for your help every one

You will not be able to remove the foreclosure, it's part of the personal responsibility part of buying a home. The foreclosure will stay on your credit for at least seven years after the last action taken on it.
