Has anyone had any success getting their home loan modified with Countrywide? Preferably lowing the principal balance?Also, I don't want any solicitors responding to this. Just real home owners who have had any movement or success modifying their loans.Okay, stop with the judgemental comments okay! Do you read the news? It's happening to half the world, not only because you went above and beyond you means, because people are losing jobs, people who have owned their homes for 30 years took equity loans out, then their home went back down in value... so, for you judgmental idiots who don't have a real clue as to what people are going through in the whole entire country back off! I don't need to hear your ignorant advice!Not to mention, if it were the "peoples" fault, then the State of Tennessee wouldn't have won their case against Countrywide and predatory loans!
