Default Countrywide, lied to me and told me my payments would be around $1,800/mo

My mortgage company Countrywide, lied to me and told me my payments would be around $1,800/mo. THREE days before closing I called them to find out what the actual terms of the loan were and was told $2,200/ month @ 10% interest only 5yr ARM and I had to pay $3,500 at closing. So close to closing I had no time to attempt to find alternate financing and was forced to accept these terms or lose my $2000 earnest money and the house. After closing on the house I lost a substantial part of my income (sales commission) for several months and wasn't able to make my payments. The property went into foreclosure in Feb. I contacted Country wide and only days before the property was scheduled for sheriff sale I was able to work out a repayment plan with them. Now I had to make payments of $2,500 each month for approx 6 months. I have only been able to make 2 payments and they have now started forclosure proceedings again. I NEED a loan modification negotiated and hope this is something your company do. Had I known what the terms of my original loan were at a resonable time before closing I would have never accepted this loan. I have a three year old child and a wife, I can not lose this house. I really hope you are able to help me. Countrywide Forclosure in Georgia
