I'm a California real estate agent in trouble with my condo. My lender has been Countrywide, and I got a note from Recontrust, associated with Countrywide, that my condo reverted back to the bank on August 26, 2008. I have nowhere else to live right now. If you can help me stay in the home and reduce my monthly payments, please contact me IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE LEAVE ME A DETAILED MESSAGE IF I\'M NOT IN WHEN YOU CALL, AND PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH A DETAILED MESSAGE. It may well be too late to do anything, but maybe we can do something to help me stay in the condo. I bought my condo and made payments with some inheritance money, and now that money is gone. My financial situation has changed. The only way, at least right now, that I can make payments is to reduce the monthly payment from $2600 down to, say, $1800 for a certain amount of time. If you can help at all, please let me know. Thanks.
