I am told foreclosure will start in January and accelerate rapidly. I am in the car business and my income has gone down significantly the last two years. For the first time, the other day, Citi refused to accept my payment of 800. They said they need 1000 by 12-26 or forclosure would begin. I have good prospects for work and vacation pay due Jan & Feb. I need to buy some time. Are they bluffing? My situation will change because I won't give up this house. My mortgage company is Citifinancial. What is Citifinancial foreclosure policy
