...Chase Bank works. We are 6 months behind on our mortgarge? Chase Bank representative called, told us to apply for loan modification, but in-able to process our application we have to continue paying the monthly payment starting this month. How does this work? we stop paying our mortgage because our interest rate went up to additional $500 a month. Now they're telling us to keep paying our monthly loan? What about the 6 months we did not pay? Do we continue to pay while our application is in process? We are already in collection list. What if they foreclose our home? What happend then? I cannot ask the bank representative all I needed to know regarding this loan modification because the mortgate loan is not under my name. It's under my brother and he cannot understand them because different chase representative was calling him & telling him different thing. How does this works? Please give us advice. Thanks
