Making Home Affordable (HAMP) is usually NOT available for FHA loans.
FHA loans will always have modification options available if the borrowers financials fit the guidelines. Many times they are based on identical guidelines as Making Home Affordable and can have the same results. Tip: A loan modification review on FHA loans can take a while, be prepared and try not to let the loan fall too far behind if at all possible.     |
