Without our knowledge. How can we still save our home? We asked to do a loan mod. and Chase said we can do a forbearance. We did and payed just like they asked but they still said no about the loan mod. So we hired an attorney to deal with it but apparently the house sold while we were under an attorneys care. How can it sell without our knowledge. How can we fight to get our home back. We have a newborn baby boy and a young daughter and pets, how do we help keep our family in our home?We have called attorneys. Maybe not the right ones? But they can't seem to help us because they just specialize in loan modifications. Who can we contact for help? We are really confused about all of this.ok yes we were behind on our payments but we went to our lender Chase before our house sold to modify our loan. Which all the info about loan mods. are all over tv, mail, news ,etc. They started our loan mod. and still put our house for sale. We had NO IDEA they were selling it untill our attorney told us. Which we hired our attorney before the house sold. Bad choice in attorneys and bad customer service from Chase.We are very hard working, law abiding people. We don't have the knowledge or the resources to know how to fix this. So know we ask for any one who can give help, by pointing us in the right direction. We don't need hand outs just helpful advice.

Once you go to sale there are no resources that I know of that are available. It also depends on what state you are in because that does make a difference. You may be able to sell or give back without it being taken away. What state are you in?
