What kind of modifications did they do? Did they get interest lowered, time extended, principal reductions? Was the interest reduction on a step-up program?

The Chase deals are typically a reduction of rate and occasionally a term extension. Principal reductions are not happening at this time but time and circumstances change everything. We have had tons of success with Chase workouts.
