was in bankruptcy and current but was dismissed because my employer was taking the payments out and sending them but they never told her that the monthly payments had to be received by the 20th of the month or they were considered late and that she could not send a personal check, which she did more than once and it caused the payments to be held for 30 days and then it made me look like i was late or behind. I called my mortgage company and they informed me that the arrears of my house had went up and they haven't received a payment in over a year, i have been paying this bankruptcy for over a year so i don't understand why the payments have not been received or have not been caught up, that was what the bankruptcy was for. bankruptcy lawyer was not helpful and there was some missing money that we paid and they couldn't account for so it got dismissed and now we really don't know what to do , we just want to save our house. I dont have any money on hand or do i have good credit. Can you help? Now i am faced with a very large child support issue and our mortgage is with chase
