[Loanmodificationhelp]

I lost my job last September because of the economic slowdown and we haven\'t really been able to get on our feet since then. I recently had to have a pacemaker for my heart and am not able to look for a job yet. We have tried to get Litton Loan Serv. to help us to get a loan modification but all they say is that we have to wait until our ARM resets. We are retired and I receive Social Security in the amount of 1301,83 a month and a small pension of 634.00. I do plan to get another job as soon as I am well. We have lived in this home for over 30 years and do not want to move. Litton Loan Serv. is the company we deal with and we have tried to work with them but they do not want to do anything to help us.
