Re: Loan Modification with Well Fargo
HELP! Wells Fargo is not working with the Hope For Homeowners program and they will not work with me. They want me to pay an outrageous payment for 3 months then I can be reviewed for a loan modification. I have an FHA loan, I had to change jobs due to health issues and our payment is too high for us to keep it up. All of our other bills are late due to trying to keep the mortgage up. We are under water and need help. I keep getting calls from companies that say they can help but they want money up front and then high payments for 3 months after that, but still cannot guarantee they results. where is the help for working, middle class people that really want to keep their house??????
